Return Policy

Our customers are our top priority at Created-Diamonds.com and we endeavor to do everything we can to deliver you the diamond of your dreams. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days from the date of receipt for a full refund minus shipping and handling. In order for your return to be accepted, the order must meet the following conditions:
-   The order must be returned within 7 days of receipt
-   The order must be returned in the original packaging
-   Items that have been worn, resized, engraved, altered or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for refund
-   All jewelry items should come with the security tags attached and unaltered with all accompanying documentation provided by Created-Diamonds.com. If the grading certificate is not returned, there will be a $350 re-certification charge
-   Loose stones must be free of scratches, chips, or any marks indicating that the diamond was mounted or set
-   All special orders are non-refundable

Once the return is processed, a 3% restocking fee will be applied unless the order is being exchanged for a diamond of equal or greater value. The restocking fee does not apply for orders paid by bank transfer.

Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
